How to Check Your Voicemail on the Bria Enterprise Mobile App

Check your voicemail using the Bria Enterprise Mobile app by following the directions below:
  1. Press the voicemail button (menu icon to the left of the green call button) and press "voicemail" (b) OR dial *1 on the Bria Softphone.
  2. You will hear the message options. Press the dial-pad button to bring up the dial-pad, and follow the prompts to listen and delete your voicemails.
