How to Change Your Login Password on Bria Enterprise Mobile

In order to change your password on Bria Enterprise Mobile, you will need to know your current password. If you do not know your current password, please reach out to support@bluecloudusa.com for assistance.

To change your password in the Bria Enterprise app:

  1. Select the settings icon (looks like a cog in lower right corner of the app).
  2. Select "end user portal."
  3. Select "change password."
  4. Enter your old password in the designated box, followed by your new password in the "new password" box and "confirm password" box.
  5. Select "change password"
  6. When the page reloads, enter your username and password, and select login.
  7. If your log in is successful, it will take you back to the user portal screen that you saw after step 2.
