How to See Recent and Missed Calls on the Bria Enterprise Desktop app
The Bria enterprise app allows you to see your missed calls and recent calls from the recent call view.
In order to
see your recent calls you can click on the clock icon on the bottom
of the Bria Enterprise application.
From this view
you can see all of your inbound, outbound and missed calls, with the
most recent calls at the top.
If you only
want to see your missed calls, click on the drop down box that says
“all” and click on “missed calls.”
Recent Call Tips:
- If a caller has
called multiple times, they may have several different arrows
underneath their name or contact number. You can click their name or
contact number to expand the call history for that particular
contact.
The meanings of the arrows are as follows:
Green Arrow =
Outbound Call
Blue Arrow = Inbound
Call that you answered
Red Arrow = Missed
Call
