You can send text alerts to notify all your contacts or specific contacts as a mass text blast.

Note: A credit will be deducted from your balance for each text alert sent.

  1. Go to the Contacts tab

  2. Select the contacts you'd like to send a text alert. You can select them individually or use the filtering options on the left. You can learn more about using filters by clicking here.

  3. Once you select your contacts, the Text Alerts button will be enabled. Click on the Text Alerts button.

  4. Type your message in the compose field.

  5. We recommend always testing a text alert before being sent. Click the Test button.
    Note: A credit will be deducted from your balance for each test sent.

  6. Enter the mobile number receiving the test message and click the Send button.

  7. You will see an indicator if the test message was sent successfully. 
    Note: Please confirm that the mobile number used to test has also received the test message.

  8. Click Back to return to the text alert modal.

  9. Click "Send Message" when you're ready to send your message.

  10. Optional - Click "Schedule Message" to select a specific date, hour, and minute to send your message. Click "Save Alert" to send your message at the selected date and time.
