Conference Call - Polycom VVX Series Phones

Setting Up Conference Calls


1. While you are on the phone with the first party, press "More" (this puts first party on hold and makes "Confrnc" option appear)

2. Press "Confrnc", and dial the new contact's number

3.  When the new contact answers the phone, press "More" then "Confrnc" to connect the 3 calls. As seen in the photo below, the call will now how as "Active Conference"

You now have the option of putting the call on "Hold" to hold all participants, "End" to end the call, or "Split" to end the conference call, putting all participants on hold. All as seen in the photo below, along the bottom.
