How to Manually change a Speed Dial on a BlueCloud Phone

To Add or Update a Speed Dial

To retrieve this new information- On the phone select
1. On your phone, press the menu or home button.
2. Use the circle button to navigate to "settings" and click okay (the center button inside the outer circular button).
2. Navigate to "basic" and click okay
4. Navigate to "update configuration" and click okay.
5. Click "Yes"

-The phone may reboot. If it still doesn't show the correct extension of your phone on the screen, please reach out and we'll be happy to help you get it up and running.

If this does not pull the new information, please manually update the name on the screen by following the directions below:
-Press the Home Button
-Select Directories
-Select the Contact Directory  
-Select the Name you would like to change
-Select the pencil/ edit button
-Use the keypad to change the name that is displayed.
