How to View Purchase History Reports | BlueCloud SMS Guide

Reports: Purchase History

You can view your credit purchase history in the "Purchase History" report.

 

  1. Click on the Reports tab.




  2. You will be presented with different report options on the left side of the screen. Click on "Purchase History."

  3. You will then be presented with a report of all the purchase history.

  4. You can filter the report by selecting a desired time period at the top.

  5. Once you've selected your desired time period, click "Generate."

  6. You will be presented with a report of your desired time period. If there isn't any data for that time period, no data will be shown.

  7. Click on the "View" link on a specific bill to view the billing statement sent to the client from the administrator.

  8. After clicking "View," a pop-up screen will be presented with the billing statement.
