Recording Mailbox Greeting for Virtual Mailbox

To Record a Greeting for a Virtual mailbox:

1. From your desk phone, dial *2
2. After hearing "Comedian Mail. Mailbox", enter the mailbox number you want to record into
3. When prompted, enter the 4-digit PIN: (*see note on PIN # below)
4. When you start to hear the many options, press 0 (zero) and follow instructions for leaving greeting 

*If you don't know your pin #, please refer to the BlueCloud Welcome Email sent to you when you opened your account, or open a support ticket by emailing support@bluecloudusa.com
