Rebooting Phones (URL Disabled)
If your phone has become unregistered (URL Disabled") and/or is not operating correctly, please reboot the phone. Here's how:
1. If this issue is occurring only on your phone, please reboot the phone by disconnecting the Ethernet cable and power supply (when applicable) on the underside of the phone, and then replacing them in the same ports from which they were pulled. (photo below)
2. If this is happening across multiple phones, please reboot your internet router first, and then reboot the affected phones as described above.
