How to switch GoVoIP to make calls using cell instead of through the app
Login to the GoVoIP app using provided credentials.
Host ID: Ask Your Provider
User: Portal User (ext@domain)
Pass: Portal Password
Once logged in click the three lines to bring up the menu. Then click on settings. (see below)
Once in settings you should see your cell number at the top and at the bottom you can change the default calling method to Mobile Phone. See below
Once that change is made you can dial a number like normal in the app and our system will make a call to your mobile phone. Once you answer it will ring out to the person you are trying to reach.
