Recording Auto-Attendant Greetings

Recording Auto-Attendant Greetings

To record your auto-attendant greetings remotely:

1. Dial the main number and let it ring through to the point that you hear "Option 1, Option, etc".... This is your auto-attendant.


2. Press #


3. When prompted, enter your four-digit Pin Number followed by #  (*see note on PIN # below)


4. Follow instructions for recording greeting


*If you don't know your pin #, please refer to the BlueCloud Welcome Email sent to you when you opened your account, or send an email to support@bluecloudusa.com
