To record a temporary (vacation) mailbox greeting:
1. Press the Voice Mailbox button on the phone (marked with envelope icon)
2. Press 0 (zero)
3. Press 4 to manage your temporary greeting.
4. Follow the instructions to record and accept your temporary greeting. After you've saved it, it will be active until you remove it. Your regular mailbox greeting will still stored in the system.
To remove a temporary greeting:
1. Press the Voice Mailbox button on the phone (marked with envelope icon)
2. Press 0 (zero)
3. Press 4 to manage your temporary greeting.
4. Press 2 to erase your temporary greeting. Now your regular greeting will once again be heard when callers reach the mailbox.
