How to Record a Holiday Greeting From Your BluecloudUSA Phone System

To Record a Holiday Greeting:
Disclaimer: Please be sure to contact BlueCloud to confirm that you have a holiday route created for your account before you try to record a message. 

You can record your Holiday message anytime prior to a Holiday and simply email us with the Holiday dates and times.  Once you have recorded the message you will not need to take any further steps to take down the message after the holiday. 

To record the Holiday message, please follow these steps:

From Office Phone:
1. Dial *5 from any phone
2. The phone will say, "please enter the number you wish to work with followed by the pound key"- Enter 2000# 
3. Enter Pin followed by the pound key -  * Please email support@bluecloudusa.com for your PIN
4. Press 2 to work with the message 
5. Press 2 to record a new message
