How to Customize your Click 2 Call Plugin

The click to call plug in allows you to change settings with that will determine how your computer and phone respond to the plugin. See below to understand how each setting will affect your experience with the plug in on the computer and when you go to answer the call received from the click 2 call plug in.

1. Double Click to call

• Yes = Requires two clicks with your mouse to dial a number.
  
• No = Requires one click with your mouse to dial a number.

2. Disable Highlight phone numbers

• Yes = All telephone numbers in your browser that click to call is able dial will not be highlighted.
  
• No = All telephone numbers in your browser that click to call is able dial will be highlighted.

3. Enable Confirmation before call

• Yes = After clicking on the telephone number to call, a browser pop up will appear so you must press "okay" to start the call.
  
• No =  After clicking on the telephone number to call, the call will be dialed immediately and you will not see.
  

4. Enable Auto answer call

• Yes = Your telephone will automatically connect to the call, without picking up the handset.
  
• No = You must answer your telephone to connect to the call. (I.e. On a deskphone, this would require you to pickup the handset. On a softphone, this would require you to click the green call icon to accept the call).
