Headset Compatibility with Polycom VVX Phones

All Polycom VVX phones (except VVX 100 and 200 series) support certain models of analog and EHS style headsets. The headset that you choose may or may not require an adapter to plug into the phone. USB and Bluetooth headsets are not compatible with all models. Please read the list fully to ensure that the headset you choose will be compatible with your phone. 

Analog Headsets and Adapters - Compatible with VVX 300, 400, 500 and 600 series
VVX phones have an RJ-9 port for the headset port. You may need at QD/ED to RJ-9 adapter for your headset. If so, see this chart:

Bluetooth headsets
The only phone that supports Bluetooth headsets (without an EHS base) is the Polycom VVX 600. It supports these bluetooth profiles:
  1. Integrated Bluetooth 2.1 EDR
  2. Bluetooth headset pairing HFP/HSP
