AI Voice Agents: Roles & Responsibilities Overview

BlueCloud AI Voice Agents are built to give partners flexibility and control when deploying AI-powered voice solutions. To ensure successful implementations and scalable support, it’s important to understand how responsibilities are shared between BlueCloud and our partners.

This article provides a high-level overview of those roles.

Deployment Model

BlueCloud AI Voice Agents are delivered under a reseller deployment model.

  • Partners resell and deploy AI Voice Agents to their end customers
  • Partners manage the customer relationship and deployment
  • BlueCloud provides the AI Voice platform and enablement resources

What BlueCloud Provides

BlueCloud supports partners with:

  • Access to the AI Voice Agents platform
  • Enablement resources, including:
    • Documentation and setup guides
    • Learning Center content
    • Webinars and training materials

These resources are designed to help partners learn the platform and deploy AI Voice effectively.

Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for configuring, deploying, and managing AI Voice Agents for their customers, including:

  • Agent configuration and fine tuning (prompts, call flows, routing, etc.)
  • End-customer testing and go-live readiness
  • Ongoing optimization as AI agents learn and evolve
  • Troubleshooting customer-specific configurations and environments

Because AI performance improves over time, ongoing management is a core part of successful deployments.

Optional Custom Integrations

Custom integrations are available upon request and delivered under a defined scope and fee.  If interested in a custom integration, please reach out to your account manager.

Integration services include:

  • Back-end API or webhook connectivity

Integration services do not include:

  • Agent tuning or workflow design
  • Third-party licensing or access fees

Support Model

BlueCloud provides support for platform-related questions and guidance, while partners handle customer-specific configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Clear ownership helps ensure faster resolutions and better outcomes.
