How to Add & Manage Fax Tags | BlueCloud Faxing Guide

Tags for Fax

This article will show you how to add and delete tags, and tag faxes.

First, click the Toolbox menu, then click Tags:


A tag can be added by clicking the + at the end of all the tags: 

A tag can be deleted by clicking the X next to that tag:

Signature and Drive tags can also be added and deleted on this page:


Options when creating tags:
-Name the tag and select a color
-If all users on your account should be able to view and use the tag, enable the Public toggle

Tags can be added directly to faxes by clicking the in the Tags column in Fax history: 

 

Tags can be added on outbound faxes on the Send Fax page. Tags can also be created directly on this page by clicking + next to the Tags field:

 

Please note that if a user is deleted, all the tags that user created will be deleted as well.


Inbound and Outbound number tags can also be added to individual numbers. Outbound tags will be added based on that user's caller ID.

Click the settings wheel next to the number, then add the desired tags:

They will display in your history when sending/receiving faxes using this number:
