How to submit a Caller ID request

Admins and owners have access to a Caller ID page where an external number request can be submitted to use for a Caller ID. Existing requests placed by your account can be viewed here too. 

  

How to submit a request for your account

To submit a request for your account, you can click on Create Request in the top right corner of the page:

 

Fill out the request with the number you would like to use as a caller ID, a document that proves ownership of the number, and any notes necessary. Once you submit it, the request will be sent directly to BlueCloud's support team for review. Once approved, the numbers will be visible in your account's caller ID selector menu.

 

Acceptable documents for proof of ownership of a number

You can submit a screenshot of the number existing in your carrier's portal, a recent bill or invoice showing the number, or you can request a CSR from the carrier that holds the number and submit that as proof of ownership.
