How to Cancel Your Account
Should you ever wish to cancel your account we make the process very simple for you. We give owners full control and the ability to self cancel their account directly from within the application any time they wish.
First, click the Account Details menu, then select Billing:
Click CancelSubscription below your plan:
Once you initiate the cancellation of your account, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of your billing cycle.
If you have a custom or white label plan, please reach out to your account manager to cancel your account.
