Adjusting History Filters
We offer a variety of filter settings to make it easy to find the faxes you are looking for. Here are step by step instructions on how to adjust the date range and other filters.
The date range field is used to filter your history for longer than 7 days. By default your history will only show faxes from the last 7 days. You can extend this up to 12 months.
First, click History, then change the range to your desired dates, and it'll automatically filter:
The status can be adjusted on the main history page as well:
To filter further, click More Filters for the full list:
Here you will see all the filters that can be adjusted. Once selected, click Apply Filters:
