To Factory Reset your Polycom VVX Phone, follow the instructions below:
- Press and hold the 1 , 3, 5 simultaneously until the screen changes. - Press the mode button and select the lowercase alphabet. - Enter the password: please email support@bluecloudusa.com for password
- This will initiate a pretty long reboot sequence. You will hear a different ring when the phone is back online.
