Re-Enter Bria Key

Bria Softphone- Needing to Re-enter the License Key on Computer Startup

Do you have to re-enter your license key every time you boot up your computer?

This happens when something is blocking read/write access to folders Bria stores this in.  Please do the following:

  1. Exit Bria (Softphone--Exit)
  2. DISABLE antivirus software
  3. Right-click on Bria and select "run as administrator"
  4. Enter the license key
  5. Reboot to test
