Allowing desktop notifications

Are you not getting desktop notifications for incoming messages? Please be sure to check your browser settings. If you're using Chrome, click on the lock icon to the left side of your current URL. This will bring up a pop-up with the option to allow desktop notifications. It is best to select "Ask (default)" and then clicking to reload the page. Finally, you will be asked if you'd like to receive browser notifications. Select "Allow" and you will now receive desktop notification for incoming messages.
